Ideally situated in the tranquil hamlet of Le Cambord in the heart of the Dordogne, La Blanquette has been renovated to offer luxury holiday accommodation in our B&B, Gîtes and Glamping tents.

La Blanquette Gîtes, consisting of Grape Cottage, Vine Cottage and ‘Le Petit Gîte’, are set in the extensive and picturesque grounds of La Blanquette. The gîtes offer a high standard of accommodation and provide a perfect base for self-catering guests while exploring this beautiful part of South West France.

La Blanquette B&B is built in the typical Perigordine style and currently offers three stylish ensuite rooms - ‘Limoux’, ‘Le Pigeonnier’ and ‘Rosette’.

La Blanquette Glamping (Glamorous Camping!) currently consists of two glamping sites, Chêne Vert (Green Oak) and Truffe Noire (Black Truffle). Each site is made up of a luxury 5 metre canvas Bell Tent, a fully equipped kitchen hut and an outdoor dining and barbecue area. Both tent sites are nestled in amongst the brush oaks, pine and chestnut trees in our own private woodland. The two tents have their own brand new private shower rooms and pot-wash area complete with washing machine. Our third glamping site, ‘Chestnut’  (‘Châtaigne’), a vintage 1974 Castleton caravan is also now available!

All of our guests have the use of our large 12 metre by 6 metre outdoor swimming pool which is set within La Blanquette’s lovely lawned gardens (May to September, weather dependent).

Whether it is a peaceful and relaxing holiday that you are looking for, a busy and active one, or a mixture of the two, then La Blanquette is the perfect Dordogne base for you.

We also offer Canoe and Cycle Hire with a full delivery/transportation service for visitors to explore the area. This service is available not only to our guests but to all visitors to the Sarlat area.
